ORDER PROCESSING: 

Please allow 1-2 days to process your order. Expect an email within 2-3 days to let you know your order is on the way!

CANADA SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

Shipping charges for  your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The carrier is chosen based on availability at the time of fulfillment. Shipping details and the tracking number will be provided by email.

US SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The carrier is chosen based on availability at the time of fulfillment. Shipping details and the tracking number will be provided by email.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including GST/VAT), which are incurred once  a shipment reaches your destination country. Myboo Sleep Solutions Inc. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will pay for your return label and refund the full order amount. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for detailed information. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@myboo.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
